Wayne and Sharon Biggs have devoted their lives to ministry for more than three decades. In the 1980s, they planted and pastored a thriving church in Mansfield, Texas, while also leading local outreach and evangelistic efforts across the region. Their calling has always centered on serving people with compassion and practical care.
In 2015, they made Hunt, Texas their home, becoming deeply rooted in the community. Out of their heart for families and individuals facing hardship, they founded HOPE (Humanitarian Outreach & Partner Engagement)—a ministry dedicated to rebuilding lives in the wake of disaster.
Alongside his ministry work, Wayne owns and manages a construction company that provides services to the National Park Service. With decades of experience, he has built a trusted network of skilled trades and contracting partners. This unique combination of ministry and construction expertise allows Wayne and Sharon to lead HOPE with both compassion and capability—bringing restoration, resources, and hope to communities and individuals in need.
